Terms of service

Fabric Mill Direct sells fabric cut to the quantity selected by the customer. Once fabric has been cut from the roll according to an order, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged unless the product received is damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered.

Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting conditions and different production batches. Minor variations in weave, texture, print placement or shade that are normal characteristics of fabric will not be considered defects.

Customers must verify the selected fabric, colour, quantity, measurements and intended use before completing their order. Fabric Mill Direct will not be responsible for incorrect selections or measurement errors made by the customer.
